The Anti-Coronavirus spike magnetic particles, conjugated with Anti-Coronavirus spike antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of Coronavirus spike proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing Coronavirus spike proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. The bound Coronavirus spike proteins are dissociated from the magnetic particles using an elution buffer.G6
