DiagPoly™ Plain Fluorescent Polystyrene Particles, Green, 8 µm (# DFG-T024) are encapsulated with green fluorophores (excitation: 460 nm, emission: 500 nm) and there is no additional coatings or special functional groups on the surface. The density of liquid suspension is 1.05-1.06 g/mL. Sonicate/Vortex the microspheres before each use.

Application Notes

Imaging and diagnostic purposes for signal enhancement and binding detection, fluid tracing, fluid mechanics studies, cell tracking, phagocytosis studies, latex agglutination tests, fluorescence microscopy, instrument calibration and biomedical technology research.
