DiagPoly™ Carboxyl Fluorescent Polystyrene Particles, Near IR, 0.1 µm (# DCFN-L001) are encapsulated with Near IR fluorophores (excitation: 780 nm, emission: 820 nm) and functionalized with carboxyl groups (COOH) on the surface for the covalent attachment of proteins, peptides and nucleic acids. The fluorescence of the particles has deep penetration and does less damage to tissue and is suitable for optical imaging. The density of liquid suspension is 1.05-1.06 g/mL. Sonicate/Vortex the microspheres before each use.
