DiagNano™ CdSeTe/ZnS Quantum Dots, 820 nm(DNP-X118)


CdSeTe/ZnS Quantum Dots are core/shell fluorescent nanomaterials with CdSeTe as the core and ZnS as the shell, stabilized with tetradecylphosphonic acid (TDPA) in toluene, 820 nm peak emission. FWHM (nm): ≤90 nm.

Application Notes
The quantum dots have uniform particle size, wide absorption spectrum, narrow and symmetrical emission spectrum, high fluorescence intensity and stability, particularly suitable for the blue light component of quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs), also suitable for solar cells and bioluminescent markers.
