Absolute Mag™ Streptavidin Magnetic Dextran Nanoparticles, 130 nm (# WHM-G084) are prepared by precipitation of iron oxide in the presence of dextran. These nanoparticles are designed with covalently bound streptavidin on the surface for binding of biotinylated molecules with a high affinity. These magnetic nanoparticles are cluster-typed shaped and can be separated in a high gradient magnetic field. Polydispersity index: < 0.25.
