Absolute Mag™ Protein A Magnetic Polystyrene Particles, 6 µm (# WHM-G164) are monodisperse magnetic particles, consisting of magnetite around an organic matrix of a polystyrene polymer, and finally coated with a polymer layer for the encapsulation of magnetite. These particles are designed covalently bound protein A on the surface for binding IgGs. These magnetic particles can easily be separated with a conventional permanent magnet. Standard deviation: < 5 % (C.V.).
