Absolute Mag™ Protein A Magnetic Nanoparticles, Hydroxyethyl Starch, 100 nm (# WHM-G123) are synthesized as a core of magnetite and coated with hydroxyethyl starch shell. These nanoparticles are designed with covalently bound protein A on the surface for binding IgGs. These magnetic nanoparticles are cluster-typed shaped and can be separated with a conventional permanent magnet. Polydispersity index: < 0.2.
