Absolute Mag™ NTA Magnetic Nanoparticles, Dextran Coated, 130 nm (# WHM-G017) are synthesized as a core of magnetite and coated with dextran shell. These nanoparticles are designed with the nickel(II) chelator nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) for the binding of histidine labeled proteins. These magnetic nanoparticles are cluster-typed shaped and can be separated with a permanent magnet. Polydispersity index: < 0.2.
