Absolute Mag™ Ni-NTA Magnetic Particles, 70 nm (# WHM-G261) are synthesized as a flower-shaped core of iron oxide and coated with dextran shell. The particles can separated by a high-gradient magnetic field. The NTA-moiety is covalently attached to the particle surface.

Used for affinity purification of His-tagged fusion proteins in manual or automated formats.
