Absolute Mag™ Magnetic Polystyrene Particles, 0.27 μm(WHM-S203)


Absolute Mag™ Magnetic Polystyrene Particles, 0.27 μm (# WHM-S203) are paramagnetic particles prepared by in-situ coprecipitation of irons oxide particles in a polystyrene polymer grid, with high monodispersity (CV: 5.3%), high saturation magnetization, and high colloidal stability. The particle surface are anionic (COOH), but these carboxyl groups cannot be used in subsequent reactions.

Application Notes
The particles are excellent for cell separation, nucleic acid isolation, biomolecule purification and particle-based immunoassays.
