Absolute Mag™ Carboxyl Magnetic Dextran Nanoparticles, 130 nm (# WHM-G083) are prepared by precipitation of iron oxide in the presence of dextran. These nanoparticles are designed with carboxylic acid groups on the surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules by carbodiimide chemistry. These magnetic nanoparticles are cluster-typed shaped and can be separated in a high gradient magnetic field. Polydispersity index: < 0.25.
