Absolute Mag™ Amine Magnetic Poly(lactic acid) Particles, 30 µm (# WHM-G173) are spherical-shaped magnetic particles, consisting of magnetite around an organic matrix of a poly(D,L-lactic acid) polymer. These particles can be used for magnetic drug targeting in connection with a controlled drug release, the half-life time of the particles under in-vivo conditions mainly depends on the molecular weight of the polymers and increases with the molecular weight of the polymer.
