Absolute Mag™ Amine Magnetic Nanoparticles, Dextran Coated, 100 nm (# WHM-G116) are synthesized as a core of magnetite and coated with hydroxyethyl starch shell. These nanoparticles are designed with amino groups on the surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules by glutaraldehyde activation. These magnetic nanoparticles are cluster-typed shaped and can be separated with a conventional permanent magnet. Polydispersity index: < 0.2.
