Absolute Mag™ Amine Magnetic Dextran Particles, Fluorescent Red, 100 nm (# WHM-M101) are iron oxides in a matrix of dextran with red fluorescence (excitation: 552 nm, emission: 580 nm). These particles have amino groups on the surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other moleculesThese magnetic nanoparticles are cluster-typed shaped and can be separated in a high gradient magnetic field. The mean hydrodynamic particle diameter may vary in the range of 60-100 nm. Polydispersity index: < 0.2
