Absolute Mag™ Protein G Magnetic Particles, Fluorescent, 1 µm (# WHM-C119) are magnetic-fluorescent particles. Protein G are covalently coupled to a magnetic silica particles to provide an efficient method of purifying antibodies. The advantage of both innovative techniques - the magnetic- and the fluorescence properties - provide exciting new possibilities to explore new fields of application in biosciences.

Application Notes
• The particles have strong binding affinity with high specifity to the Fc region of most IgG subclasses from different species. They can be used in a quick purification of IgG molecules from serum, ascites or cell culture supernatants.• Protein G are covalently coupled to a magnetic silica particles to provide an efficient method of purifying antibodies.
