Oligo(dT) is immobilized on the surface of superparamagnetic polyvinyl alcohol particles. Their high magnetite content permits the rapid separation of polyadenylated target molecules. For optimal separation results, we recommend the use of a binding buffer with a 0.5 mol/L sodium chloride salt concentration. These particles have a polydisperse size distribution.
