Absolute Mag™ Azide Magnetic Particles, 0.97 μm(WHM-J003)


Absolute Mag™ Azide Magnetic Particles, 0.97 μm (Cat# WHM-J003) are an efficient magnetic matrix to covalently capture CLICK-functionalized proteins by a Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) or a Cu(I)-free azide-DBCO click chemistry reaction. These particles are not stable in organic solvents and high urea concentrations. Density: 1.33 g/cm3.
