Absolute Mag™ Amine Magnetic Particles, 2.8 µm (# WHM-S174) are superparamagnetic, hydrophobic, and polymer–encapsulated (no exposed iron) particles, with a fast (<2 min) magnetic response time. The primary amino groups on the pariticle surface enable easy and efficient reactivity with water-soluble NHS esters. The beads can be used for affinity purification applications. They are ideal for covalent immobilization of biomolecules, such as aromatic hydrazine moieties-modifed peptides, oligonucleotides, and antibodies.
