Absolute Mag™ AP Iron Oxide Nanoparticles, which is AP-alkaline phosphatase conjugated, are water soluble iron oxide nanoparticles. Their carboxyl groups on the surface are covalently attached to enzyme at a IO:enzyme ratio no less than 1:3. These iron oxide nanoparticles are stable in dilute (10 mM or less) PBS and Tris buffer (pH=7.4). Also they can be visualized by MRI and/or substrate based color reaction.
