qa Q: How are the yield and purity of DNA obtained using your particles?
A: The magnetic particle technology enables efficient, consistent, and scalable extraction of genomic DNA from as little as 10 µL and up to 10mL blood. The obtained DNA is with high yield and purity (isolate 10 to 20 µg DNA from 350ul blood, A260/280>1.7, A260/230>1.8), and is suitable for direct downstream applications such as restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, qPCR and NGS.
qa Q: What volume of beads should add for 10ul of lysed cells to collect total RNA?
A: Generally, 50 ul beads can bind 10-20 ug nucleic acid. So it depends on how many RNA is in your sample.
qa Q: What is the concentration?
A: 40 mg/ml
